A Rose hip is the fruit of a rose, and have been used since the Stone age.
Rose hip gives you a mix of nutrients, apart from being one of the most concentrated natural sources of vitamin C, it delivers vitamins D and E, essential fatty acids and is a very powerful antioxidant.

To make the tea and oil is simple to do, make it at home provided you have the Rose hips. For the tea add some Rose hips into boiling water (without the seeds). To make the oil add crushed rose hips into almond or olive oil and leave for 4 weeks before use.
