Koh-Do means incense ceremony in Japanese, equal to a Tea ceremony,
and used to improve mental wellbeing.
THE TEN VIRTUES OF KOH
It brings communication with the transcendent.
It refreshes mind and body.
It removes impurity.
It brings alertness.
It is a companion in solitude.
In the midst of busy affairs, it brings a moment of peace.
When it is plentiful, one never tires of it.
When there is little, still one is satisfied.
Age does not change its efficacy.
Used everyday, it does no harm.
Tools to expand your intuition.
Step away from your Ego, as long as the ego is there,
pushing its personal agenda, the intuition is lost.
The intuition is our guide in knowing what to do in a situation,
trusting there is a Higher knowledge you can beem into
instead of using your limited worldy view.
Acknowledge this beem to light your way
and push you in a direction you can not even see.
Listen to your stomach feeling, your power center.
There are neurotransmitters in your gut, so if you get a gut feeling,
listen to it.
Intuition usually comes to us in a flash of insight--an aha! moment,
be aware, pay attention and act on it,
and always act out of love and compassion.
Meditate, mediation can be done in many ways,
just lay down, surround yourself with an egg shaped field,
I like golden but you can choose the color you are in the mood of,
let this color field pulsate and circulate and enter every pore of your body,
this will bring you closer to your true Self,
and there is where intuition is to be found.
“You can cut someone out of your life and miss them every day
but still be glad you don’t have to see them again.
Missing people doesn’t mean that you made the wrong decision.”
Interesting how everything around us actually affects us.
Understanding how we are not machines, but a part of nature.
Knowing this can make things so much easier on ourselves,
if we decide to live more in accordance with the
rhythm of the Universe, instead of against it.
"Solar storms are known to desynchronise our circadian rhythm, which is the internal biological clock that controls our sleep and wake times.
Our pineal glands are affected by this electromagnetic activity and produce an increase in melatonin—thus disturbing our sleep and impacting our intuition.
We may have enhanced intuition and psychic awareness.
Solar storms are also believed to directly impact our nervous system,
causing us to feel extra edgy, cautious, and feisty, and as though we are running on adrenaline in “fight or flight” mode.
When these storms occur, we can find ourselves spun out
or agitated without knowing why.
We may also notice that our senses are on high alert,
and that everything feels and sounds louder, brighter,
stronger, and more vivid than normal."
The Zia Pueblo people of New Mexico, regard the Sun as a sacred symbol.
Their symbol, a red circle with groups of rays pointing in four directions,
is painted on ceremonial vases, drawn on the ground around campfires,
and used to introduce newborns to the Sun.
Four is a sacred number which symbolizes the Circle of Life;
four winds, four seasons, four directions, and four sacred obligations.
The circle binds the four elements of four together.
All of this is what creates harmony and balance
within us as well as around us.
The number four is embodied in:
In recent years, Zia Pueblo has made repeated attempts to
remove the sacred symbol from New Mexico's flag.
It is unclear what the ultimate result of this effort will be.
For now, at least, the Zia will remain on the flag.
I love chili peppers in different shapes and forms,
although nowadays I do not go for the hottest kinds anymore.
I enjoy the taste the heat, and to top it off
it has an abundance of health benefits.
Thankfully there are more than 200 chili varieties to choose between,
and the smallest are usually the hottest.
Chili peppers contains up to seven times the vitamin C level of an orange.
Chili can fight sinus congestion, aid digestion
and help to relieve migraines and muscle, joint and nerve pain.
It's also a good source of vitamins A and E, beta-carotene, folic acid
"There is no harm in people feeling pride in their
The harm comes when the pride turns into prejudice
against those who do not share the same traits.
After all skin color is ultimately superficial.
When we recognize individuals as spiritual beings,
the bodies they animate become no more important
than the cars they drive."
(from The Gods of Eden by William Bradley)
To strengthen and heighten your vibration you can say;
I am infinite consciousness.
I experience a balanced Universe.
I am free from all internal and external destructive and controlling frequencies.
I claim myself.
"Unfortunately most of humanity
is under the spell of a system
that operates on deception and manipulation."
Food for my Brain at this time in the world 😁:
Understand, no judgement, understand, no judgement,
inhale, breathe out, all is good.
"This does not mean that you cannot have an opinion
nor a boundary, quite the contrary.
It is understanding that your opinions are valuable to you,
and another’s is valuable to them, and they do not have to match.
It is understanding that all are moving through the process of
awakening at different speeds and in different ways.
If one chooses to awaken within by embracing fear and separateness
for a time, that this is perfectly appropriate for their experience.
We are asking you to allow each person their process,
as you were allowed yours."
Still I am eager and restless - understand, no judgement, breathe.
"Whenever two souls from the same group meet,
it increases the energy production of those souls,
and acts as a catalyst for life change and growth.
Often, it serves to remind the soul of its life purpose.
In fact, many people and animal beings which you humans meet on earth
cross your path for this purpose,
so that the essence of their energy
can amplify a particular aspect of your energetic being.
You have made connections!
Do you feel the power and energy of source flowing through you?"
