It is a great root if you want to make sure that you have proper absorbation through the stomach to all parts of the body.
We need proper absorbation to keep our immune system rolling, and our body nurtured.
Ginger also stimulates the circulatory- and lymphsystem, is a muscle relaxant, and a spiritual and physical cleanser.
