I think colours are important for us, physically and mentally, and sometimes we ignore our craving for a certain colour.
This urge for a specific colour is a natural way for the body to tell us that it need some healing.
The colours are connected to our bodies, and our energy centers -chakras.
The need for a colour might be traced back to an overactive or slow moving chakra.
We can make use of colour in so many ways, the food we eat, the clothes we wear, the plants and flowers we buy, the interior decor we have, the crystals we wear and even the sheets we sleep on.
