Life force, the Force of Life, what brings us forward, makes us grow; needs to be nourished by love, care and harmony. To create a 100% vibrant and strong Life Force within, we need to notice how the people we surround ourselves with makes us feel, the things we put on our bodies, our thoughts, the food we eat, what we feed our brains, it all goes together.
"Life force is the source of creation in all things, from a person, a planet, and within the larger cosmic structure.... When that object is loved or cared for, it is continually charged with the quality of that life force...Our life force will react to adjust on every stimulus or force that it is being exposed to within the body, mind, emotions or spirit....The same fields and substances that move throughout the Cosmos, move through our own bodies. Everything in the Cosmos vibrates at its own frequency, which makes it clear that every substance and body also vibrates at its own specific frequency. Resonating to the forces of “life”, forces of goodness, forces of gratitude, forces of love, will amplify these resonances and strengthen your body dramatically."
As we balance our Life force, we will experience an increase of serendipity in our lives, quite simply, the Flow of life begins to flow more smoothly.
Also known as everlasting and immortelle. The name Helichrysum is derived from the Greek: helios meaning sun, and chrysos meaning gold. In areas of South Africa it has been used as an aphrodisiac and also as a food. Usually it is seen as a garden ornamental.
Helichrysum stimulates the growth and regeneration of new skin cells, and can assist in healing scars, acne, stretch marks, and help tighten loose skin. Is also an anti-inflammatory and anti-allergenic making it useful for inflamed skin, eczema or dermatitis.
Research shows that a 3 to 6 percent dilution of an extract of Helichrysum into sesame oil, makes an effective sunscreen.
Helichrysum is great as a first-aid oil, it may be applied neat to injuries until further treatment can be sought, it reduces swelling, disinfects the wound and promotes healing through tissue regeneration.
Helichrysum flowers are often used to improve the appearance of herbal teas. They are a key ingredient in the Zahraa tea popular in the Middle East. Any tea containing helichrysum should be strained before drinking.
