“We are what we think, all that we are arises in our thoughts, with our thoughts we create the world.”
The ancient healers knew that the body is more than what is seen. They respected the wholeness of the body, emotions, mind, and spirit, saw the goddess (god) within all Being, and treated their patients with respect and caring. Healing was a three way agreement between healer, goddess (god/spirit) and the person being healed, and healing was an active choice. Such partnerships and participation are missing in today's modern medicine, along with the concepts of wholeness and respect. Anyone can heal, and anyone can choose well-being. By learning and using the ancient skills of healing, many diseases of the body, emotions, mind, and spirit are preventable, or are easily transformed before they become matters for the allopathic medicine. The skills of the ancient healers are available, powerful and very much alive right now.
Believe it or not, but to my great joy, and for those who appreciate science, it has been scientifically validated that hugging trees is actually good for you. The vibrational properties of trees and plants give us health benefits. The answer to how plants and trees affect us physiologically turns out to be very simple, it is all to do with the fact that everything vibrates in a subtle manner, and different vibrations affect biological behaviors. The best part is you do not even have to hug the tree, just being close to one gives you a vibrational boost.

A Rose hip is the fruit of a rose, and have been used since the Stone age.
Rose hip gives you a mix of nutrients, apart from being one of the most concentrated natural sources of vitamin C, it delivers vitamins D and E, essential fatty acids and is a very powerful antioxidant.
Rose hip oil promotes skin regeneration and has provided wonderful results in soothing and healing sun burns, skin burns and reduce age spots. The healing properties repair dry and sun damaged skin and is a great aid to hydrate the skin, minimize scarring and irritations.
The Rose hip is used to improve, and relieve the symptoms of kidney disorders, or to help in the case of mild constipation, as well as being used to manage osteoarthritis.*
To make the tea and oil is simple to do, make it at home provided you have the Rose hips. For the tea add some Rose hips into boiling water (without the seeds). To make the oil add crushed rose hips into almond or olive oil and leave for 4 weeks before use.
*Rose hip discourages white blood cells from accumulating in the joint areas. These cells are directly and indirectly responsible for osteo-arthirtis. A study from the University of Copenhagen, published in the Journal of Rheumatology found it improved joint mobility by 82 percent.
It is a deep spiritual requirement now to stand up for what one truly believes in. Making excuses, being apologetic for one’s spiritual beliefs is no longer that which is favored.
The Earth lives and suffers also, because of what is being done to it. It is trying to communicate this to you. You need to protect and care for the Earth as it supports your lives by producing food, plants, and trees. It supports your wildlife. It needs to be loved and cared for. Treat everything with love and it will respond. By helping each other, humanity will survive. Planet Earth will be reunited once more with the living universe. This is your greatest adventure.
The name emerald comes from the Greek 'smaragdos' via the Old French 'esmeralde', and really just means 'green gemstone'.
The Incas and Aztecs of South America, regarded the emerald as a holy gemstone.
The green of the emerald is the colour of life and of the springtime, which comes round again and again. But it has also, for centuries, been the colour of beauty and of constant love.
In ancient Rome, green was the colour of Venus, the goddess of beauty and love.
The power of the Emerald is said to be highest at the full moon.
