We can ridicule, and call it crazy, but getting to the bottom of things
isn't this really how it is, in whatever way it is shown to us/told to us?
“We have viewed your media material as shown in many parts of your world and would say without doubt that the accent is more on chaos than on order.
In fact, we would suggest that there is a glorification of all things chaotic,
which has an adverse influence on immature essence-fragments (humans*)
in particular, but also affects those who are on the verge of taking
their leave of the fields of cosmic childhood.
In case you are not aware of it,
your media actually programmes you by dictating the “norm”
or what those in control of the systems feel should be standard behaviour.
Therefore, those essence-fragments that are ready to raise to the next stage in their cosmic development feel obliged to stay at the lower frequency
for fear of being thought odd or different. "
“The glorification of vice, deviations of all kind, violence, cruel competition, the degrading of your females and many, many more attitudes and practices that would not form part of your “norm” were your species and the planet as a whole on its current evolutionary path, are symptomatic of the malaise
which blinds you to the light of cosmic truth.
I regret to say that compared with the behaviour of hominoids of similar evolutionary status in other parts of the universe it is you who are “unnatural”, since you delight in abusing natural cosmic laws.”
The entire plant of fenugreek can be used,
but most widely used are the seeds.
Fenugreek has a long history, both as a culinary
and as a medicinal herb in the ancient world.
The first recorded use of fenugreek is described on an ancient
Egyptian papyrus dated as far back as 1500 B.C.
It was one of the spices the Egyptians used for embalming,
Fenugreek is loaded with various minerals, vitamins and anti-inflammatory compounds, has a number of organic compounds and antioxidants that can help regulate blood sugar, protect against heart disease, lower cholesterol levels, optimize digestion, protect the immune system and soothe the respiratory system.
It is beneficial post pregnancy in lactation, as well as in various
skin and hair care applications.
In addition to lowering internal inflammation, fenugreek is sometimes used externally as a poultice, which means it’s wrapped in cloth, warmed and applied directly to the skin. This reduces external inflammation and can treat:
pain and swelling in the muscles and lymph nodes, gout, wounds, leg ulcers, sciatica, dandruff, eczema.
Fenugreek is also a great natural skin cleanser, it cleanses from deep within, unclogs the blocked pores and detoxifies the skin from impurities.
Make a powder of fenugreek seeds and mix with some water.
Splash water on the face and apply the fenugreek powder mixture on the skin,
gently move around face for 15-20 seconds, then wash off.
Fenugreek seeds can be eaten whole, and are often used as toppings for certain dishes or soups. Fenugreek seeds can also be ground into a powdered spice form.
Drink as Tea, or make fenugreek water; soak fenugreek seeds in cold water overnight, and drink that water in the early morning.
Here we can truly say your food is your medicine.
Fenugreek is such a powerful plant that It is not recommended during pregnancy because it may lead to miscarriage due to its strong effect on the female reproductive system.
One person is not able to help
every human, animal and plant on this Earth.
But each and every single person
can do something for the betterment of this Earth.
We all need to do our best to be a better version of ourselves
each and everyday.
A more helpful, more understanding, more loving,
less judgemental human being,
but that does not mean we have to feel bad
and/or punish ourselves for not being able to save the world,
right here and right now.
But we are, together, one step at a time, with our awareness rising,
getting there, we will change it around,
we will make this place a better one,
(The Picture is of Plupp - my childhood hero.
Inga Borg, the author describes the character as an invisibling
(meaning that Plupp is invisible to humans)
who is both human and animal in nature.
She further explains that Plupp is neither male nor female,
as she wanted to create a character that children
of both sexes could identify with.
Plupp also has the ability to talk with animals;
two of his closest friends are
the lemming Lämmel and the stoat Hermelin.)
S/he showed the way, how to be your best possible You.
