by drinking it for several weeks in a row.
All we need is:
– 15-20 organic dried olive leaves
– 2-3 dl boiling water
If you are lucky enough to have an olive tree in your backyard,
get your olive leaves in spring and allow them dry out in the sun.
Next put these dry leaves in a glass jar and keep in a shaded and cool place.
Preparation And Use
Put the olive leaves in boiling water and cook them for 10 minutes.
Then take the leaves out and let the tea cool.
You can add honey and lemon for better taste.
This tea is excellent for overall health and should be consumed
several weeks in a row to get all its benefits.
This simple remedy will also reinforce our cardiovascular
and immune system, regulate our blood pressure,
improve our blood vessel function and boost our energy.
