It is said to have been use by thieves going around
robbing houses after people had died in the plague,
they supposedly held a handkerchief diluted with this mix
to cover their mouth, to stay healthy.
I use it whenever I travel, or when someone around is sick.
I normallt dilute it in a carrier oil like almond oil
and use a small roller to apply around nose, mouth, ears
and on my neck and wherever I feel needed,
also work excellent as a hand sanitizer.
You can buy it ready made, or make it yourself,
if so make sure to use only therapeutic, organic grade oil.
This will give you 15 ml concentrated formula:
40 drops Clove
35 drops lemon
20 drops cinnamon
15 drops eucalyptus
10 drops rosemary
You can also use it in this excellent ways;
-Use one drop on the sole of each foot and rub in just before getting into bed.
-Use one drop in half a glass of water once a day.
-Use topically (on the skin) for sore throats (if you have sensitive skin you might want to mix it with a bit of coconut or olive oil to dilute it so it doesn't burn).
-Use a few drops in a diffuser to disinfect the room.
This amazing mix of,
turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, cardamom and black pepper
is not only enjoyable,
it is also highly anti inflammatory.
The pepper is important in the mix
to make the body able to absorb the benefits of the
Turmeric - Curcumin is the main active ingredient in turmeric.
It has powerful anti-inflammatory effects and is a very strong antioxidant.**
Black pepper has antioxidant and antibacterial effects-
also the outer layer of the peppercorn stimulates
the breakdown of fat cells.
Ginger, gingerol is the main bioactive compound in ginger,
responsible for much of its medicinal properties.
It has powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects.
Cinnamon, the antioxidants in cinnamon have anti-inflammatory effects.
Not only is Cardamom delicious, it also has anti-inflammatory and anti-carcinogenic properties, according to recent experimental evidence.
Warm some plant milk and mix into one teaspoon of the super powder.
If you like, add a teaspoon of coconut butter and/or honey.

We do not need a middle man to tell us what to do or not to do.
Instead lets take personal responsibility for our actions,
listen and trust yourself,
and get rid of all religions.
We live in a world of competitvness,
I am a competetive person,
but that does not take away the even greater emotion
of my sympathy with the looser.
Winning is sweet, but not sweet enough to over rule
the fact that my joy is coming from somebody elses disappointment.
Disappointment, aggression and struggle happen enough in the
world for me not to encourage it.
I know there are alternatives and solutions
beyond what we know now and here.
It is an illusion betterment can only come from competition,
betterment comes from improving yourself every day,
finding the best possible You.
Lets stop limiting ourselves and instead expand our awareness
beyond our 3d reality.
Go outside of our comfort zone of thinking and reacting,
push our limits of what is possible, to find harmony and joy beyond our imagination, just because we do not see it, does not mean it is not there, expansion.

and lift each other up.
It might not happen now or soon,
but my hopes are up
and my goal is set.

Clear and refocus your mind away from fear and controlling the result.
• Take care of what you eat and drink,
eat smaller and simpler meals.
The body has to work harder to digest,
so pay attention and listen to what the body really wants to eat.
• Stay hydrated and soak in water or take salt baths.
Toning, meditating and singing in the bath, can help immensely.
• Allow yourself quiet time, rest and stay away
from people and circumstances that are emotionally
theatrical, manipulating and controlling.
Be sure to clear yourself of engaging in these tendencies.
Seek to find more harmony, peace and balance in one’s life.
• Research Ascension to be informed,
speak and communicate with those people that understand and have experienced the same.
Know that this is normal for humans to have spiritual awakenings,
and many people are undergoing the exact same things that you are.
• If your body feels constricted, engage in a physical activity
or stretching to help the body be more open and relaxed.
Be in Nature or walks with your pet, gentle movement or massage processes. Intend to stay grounded and to ground your internal spirit in your body.
• If one has had serious abuse or trauma,
therapy or counseling may be helpful,
with the intention to safely release trauma in a confidential space, held by a qualified or trusted individual.
Focus on releasing issues related to the trauma, with a therapist that is experienced and compassionate
and understands spiritual orientation
as a motivation and support for the process of healing.
