To me this is so true, and well put!
"Our true connection to God Source,
is about recognizing the vastness of our creative imagination.
We have so much that we can draw upon,
to influence our reality in every living moment.
God/ess isn't about belief systems,
it is about Creation and Consciousness
~ Light, Sound and Vibration.
We are a part of that co-creation on a Multi-dimensional level."
To know ourselves and our values are what makes the difference between caring and non-caring.
Making active choices for how to live our life,
our personal values are the ground we stand on,
affecting our actions in our everyday lives,
creating the world we live in.
You can do the Latifa any moment,
it will help you ground deeply in the here and now.

When healing occurs;
You feel a deep sense of well being
from the very depth of your heart and soul.
Your mind is at peace,
and you see everything with clarity.
You are Love.
These are the victims, and our treasure, after a replanting adventure,
we have so many aloe plants in pots everywhere,
and they keep producing babies,
the most grateful plant ever, so we had to put some down in the ground.
Leaves of aloe can last in the refrigerator for up to one year,
easy accesible for any kind of skin irritation, or just to feed your skin some
extra nutrition, or to calm it down.
Aloe is also an antispasmodic, so if you have cramps anywhere in your system take some aloe gel, make sure to use the clear and most beneficial gel, not the darker part closer to the plant skin.
Easiest is to cut of a piece, cut of the spiky sides and gently slice it open.

OM and salutations to Divine Mother who is the support of the earth.
OM and salutations to Divine Mother who is the Earth.
Honouring Mother Earth as the goddess she is.
I carry this mantra with me today, being conscious of the choices I make and how they affect Mother Earth. I bow to her beauty.

In love with this plant.
Ficus Lyrata, Fiddle leaf fig.
The big bold, heavily veined and violin-shaped leaves
grow upright on a tall plant,
is so inspiring and so lovely.
Joy, happiness, beauty - plant love.
Hurricane Irma came and left.
A lot of destruction and frustration in her footstep.
Such is Mother Nature,
we can not tame her and so we shall not try.
Instead we need to adjust and adapt to her moves,
instead of working against her
we need to work with her.
This little rascal, full of life and love.
It breaks my heart every time I hear of the way many people treat their own
or others animals.
For example how they before the arrival of the hurricane tied up their dogs to poles or trees and left them out to fight the water and winds alone,
both in Houston and Miami,
hundreds of them, tied up, where are your hearts and minds?
The people who did this is the same people I see walking down the street,
the people I am supposed to send love and understanding to,
the people of this world,
sigh sometimes it takes a lot
to get the vibe for humanity back in my heart.
It is said to have been used by thieves going around
robbing houses after people had died in the plague,
they supposedly held a handkerchief dipped in this herbal mix
to cover their mouth, to stay healthy.
I use it whenever I travel, or when someone around is sick.
I normallt dilute it in a carrier oil like almond oil
and use a small roller to apply around nose, mouth, ears
and on my neck and wherever I feel needed,
also work excellent as a hand sanitizer.
You can buy it ready made, or make it yourself,
if so make sure to use only therapeutic, organic grade oil.
This will give you 15 ml concentrated formula:
40 drops Clove
35 drops lemon
20 drops cinnamon
15 drops eucalyptus
10 drops rosemary
You can also use it in this excellent ways;
-Use one drop on the sole of each foot and rub in just before getting into bed.
-Use one drop in half a glass of water once a day.
-Use topically (on the skin) for sore throats (if you have sensitive skin you might want to mix it with a bit of coconut or olive oil to dilute it so it doesn't burn).
-Use a few drops in a diffuser to disinfect the room.
