"The Schumann resonance has been spiking into uncharted territory for the past few weeks.
The Schumann Resonance is the Electromagnetic Frequency of the Earth
and since it was discovered, in the 1950's I believe,
it measured a pretty steady 7.8 Hertz.
In the last few years, we would frequently see spikes to 20, 30 or 40 Hertz (Hz) but they were of short duration.
Recently, however, we have experienced surges of up to 89 Hertz and sustained pulses of 30, 40 or 60 Hz!
This can cause any number of physical symptoms such as headaches, nausea, lethargy and strange sensations in the body that feel similar to anxiety. Whenever I feel like I want to jump out of my skin or want to sleep all day,
I check the Schumann Resonance and it usually confirms my abnormal sensations are due to spikes in the Schumann Resonance.
According to Jack, this is empirical evidence that Gaia is not only releasing energy but Her frequency is increasing.
Collaterally, humanity is releasing and our frequencies are increasing as well-purging unwanted energies from deep within.
Do your best to support your body during these tumultuous times.
Rest if you need to rest, drink plenty of water and simply stretching, Yoga, Tai Chi, Qi Gong , or a walk in Nature will help to expedite the movement of the unwanted energy out of your body.
Hugs and Love to you all! "Jean and Jack
If we are lucky to have a garden,
we can create our own private haven,
our own place of calm and meditation,
a place which will bring us back to ourselves,
and act as our own healing and revitalizing place.
Definitely want to try this tea,
and discover the almost forgotten healing power of the olive leaves.
We are supposed to feel the benefits of the olive leaves
by drinking it for several weeks in a row.
All we need is:
– 15-20 organic dried olive leaves
– 2-3 dl boiling water
If you are lucky enough to have an olive tree in your backyard,
get your olive leaves in spring and allow them dry out in the sun.
Next put these dry leaves in a glass jar and keep in a shaded and cool place.
Preparation And Use
Put the olive leaves in boiling water and cook them for 10 minutes.
Then take the leaves out and let the tea cool.
You can add honey and lemon for better taste.
This tea is excellent for overall health and should be consumed
several weeks in a row to get all its benefits.
This simple remedy will also reinforce our cardiovascular
and immune system, regulate our blood pressure,
improve our blood vessel function and boost our energy.
Beauty open our senses,
therefore art, architecture and Nature
in our everyday lives are so important;
to stimulate and expand our mind, body and spirit - allowing us to be transported to an inner space where all our senses are in a harmony with each other and in harmony with Mother Earth.
Just in time for the holidays, we have the joy to use this luxurious anti- depressant fragrant spice - saffron, a little bit extra.
I use saffron essential oils in my face Cream,
and for the Day of St Lucia on Dec. 13. in Sweden,
lussekatter (saffron buns) are baked and eaten.
The medicinal properties attributed to saffron are extensive;
topically, it is applied to improve the skin condition,
internally, it is used to improve blood circulation, regulate menstruation, treat digestive disturbance, ease cough and asthmatic breathing,
reduce fever and inflammation,
calm nervousness, and alleviate depression.
Or ask her :-).
Still very important point, healers are here to help you find the path back to you,
but if you are not willing to let go and change,
the healing will not occur at the deepest level.
We consist of energy, and move in vibration,
and all this existing in our aura and energy bodies.
Below is one view of the different energy layers.
To me these are not constant, non moving layers,
but a continous soft flow in between the different layers.
A Beautiful Alternative To Downspouts
Rainchains - such a great, beautiful and beneficial thing,
also known as “Kusari Doi", originated in Japan.
They are used in Japan as downspouts to direct rain from a gutter to the ground, where it either flows into a gravel or pebble bed or
into some sort of catchment.
The rain chains are placed around their gardens, temples and
homes in order to practice the ancient art of "fusui"
(Japanese for "Feng Shui" - "wind and water" ),
as well as to conserve water by directing fresh rainwater
into various cisterns to be used for gardening purposes.
It is no wonder why rain chains are growing in popularity in the United States. There's not an easier way to "harness your chi" and at the same time,
create an interesting water feature that the entire family can enjoy.
In addition, rain chains work great with rain barrels.
In order to live a more sustainable lifestyle,
people are using rainchains to direct rainwater into rain barrels,
storing the water and utilizing it for their gardens
and other landscaping needs.
A fun and exciting way to practice water conservation.
There are many benefits to a rainchain. Not only does the rainchain direct rainwater from your gutter system to the ground, it also brings a sense of peacefulness to your outdoor living space. By sitting and listening to the rain water run through the rain chain brings serenity to your ears. It is no wonder that the rainchains concept has existed for so long.
Definition of Feng Shui:
Feng Shui's literal translation is "wind and water".
It is the ancient Chinese practice of balancing the elements within the environment, just like we need balance and create harmony
within ourselves we need to create balance around us.
Feng Shui is the art of placing and arranging matter and space
in the correct order such that harmony with the environment is achieved.
This harmony can refer to the harmony in the home, in relationships,
in wealth and many other aspects in our lives.
The practice has been around for several thousands of years and is still practiced in China and many parts of the world to this day.
The "Chi" in Feng Shui - "Harness your Chi"
Chi (Qi) when loosely translated means air but it can also refer to
other things such as free flowing energy.
In feng shui, chi is defined as the freedom of movement of this
energy in a specific area.
Believed by many to be able to help us be in harmony or in balance
with our environment and the elements around us,
chi is very important in this practice.
Many people who practice feng shui believe that their
quality of life depends on the way the chi flows in their environment
or the area in which they occupy.
